Quality and Lean Acts, LLC, (QLA), was founded in 2019 by Chris Poland.  A Master Six-Sigma Black Belt with a 3rd party lead auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 by Exemplar Global,   and a 2nd party certified lead auditor for IATF 16949:2016 by Plexus International.  With over 34 years of experience in various manufacturing industries including; textiles, chemicals, paper, packaging, printing, plastics, marine, DOT, heavy trucks, metal fabrication and automotive.

The company was developed to assist other companies to improve their processes and customer satisfaction.  QLA has  extensive experience in developing documentation for lean, safety, environmental, ISO and IATF standards; APQP/PPAP; Quality Tools; Excel, Access and PowerPoint Utilization.
